Project Feature: LoriGMelton.com
We recently wrapped up a beautiful new website design for Lori G. Melton, an author, host of the Sanctuary Stirrings Podcast, and retreat leader who is passionate about helping others grow in faith, deepen their relationships and live abundantly in Christ.
This Squarespace project was all about helping Lori create a home for her soon to be published book, Journey with a Giant. It is set to be released in November of 2025.
About the Brand
LoriGMelton.com is the web home for Lori and her many wonderful endeavors. Her podcast, Sanctuary Stirrings, as well as her blog. She also shares resources such as Pilgrimage: The Joy of Saying Yes to God’s Invitation.
Project Goals
At the start of the project, Lori’s main goals were:
- to meet the expectations her publisher had for her author website.
- to present her first book to the world in a meaningful way.
- to include a pop-up to help grow her email list before her book releases.
Lori already had an account with Squarespace so she wished to use it. She also has her retreat website on Squarespace, which we have built as well. (http://thesanctuaryatbearcreek.com) We helped integrate the necessary images and pieces requested by the publisher and created a site that Lori was proud to share with them.
Design Details:
We helped Lori create the LoriGMelton signature logo that is displayed at the top left of the website. We integrated colors into the site that were on brand for Lori. Lori’s love of nature played a role in her branding colors.
The new website for Lori G. Melton is now live at http://lorigmelton.com. We are excited for Lori and her first book set to release in November.
