Virtual Assistant Rates

Option 1 is Per Hour Rate: $40 per hour – work performed is tracked and invoiced by the minute. Included is time spent on the phone with you, answering emails and all activities involved in completing the tasks.

Option 2 is a Package of Hours: This option allows you to choose a package of hours to fit your budget.  All packages expire in 30 days.

Rush Jobs:

We all have been there. A last minute task pops up at 4:30 pm on a Friday which absolutely needs to be completed for Monday morning. When you work with Alyssa Avant, you don’t need to worry! I will be there for you.

For rush jobs, you will be charged a 50% surcharge for evenings, weekends or U.S. holidays.

Payment Policies:

Invoices must be paid in full in order for work to continue.  If payment is not received within 5 days, all services will stop until the invoice is paid.  Invoices will be sent via email from invoice service Freshbooks and are payable via online through PayPal or Stripe for credit and debit card payments.

Methods of Payment:

PayPal™ and Stripe are accepted as payment for all services. PayPal accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American express, Discover)

Referrals:

If you are pleased with the quality of our work, please consider telling your friends. Word-of-mouth references from our satisfied client to their friends or colleagues is the best praise we can receive. Clients whose referrals become clients will receive an hour credit.
